  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • During peak shopping seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
